As this year, we're celebrating Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year at the same day,
which is @ 14 February 2010.
Actually my mum already told me, jgn bikin2 kuker lg yah, uda ga usa repot2. But, I dunno why, I could miss my oven, if I didn't make anything in a big day. So here it is, just 2 recipes this time.

and, how about the taste? Hmm..hmm.. dun ask.. it's terribly delicious, if I dun go quickly put in the jar and sealed it, maybe before Chinese New Year,it already finish.

Baru upload skg, sebenernya cake ini dibuat weekend kemaren,tp baru sempet di upload skg, tak mengapa. Its okay, reporting: Mila's Kitchen another assignment, DONE!!!

This times, the recipes came all the way from Aussie. And about the taste, yesh...yesh..yesh.. undoubtfully INCRDIBLE DELICIOUS!!

The comments not only come from friends and family, this time I dare to take the challenge, I've got the right recipes for Mud Cake. I add some coffee granules on it, and for filling I add some apricot jams, and cover it with Chocolate Ganache, and viola... its awesome. Even me the one on DIET MODE, can't stand it to try a spoonful of this cake, OOO...ooow.... hehehehe only once, and its worth it.

So anyway, the result of this time: Im very satisfied with the result, because, I've been searching the best recipes for this and finally I found it (thanx: http://exclusivelyfood.com.au/). Even taking a hard work to do, coz I did all by myself (thank you my huney for washing the plates and cutlery ^^).

I cover the cake with peach/orange ( I couldn't find the right peach color) fondant.
